A decades-old performance tradition at Culver, we prepare, practice, and produce chamber opera for the audience of today in our college and community, and for the audience of tomorrow in our area public schools. CS-C opera workshop is a 1-hour modular course in the spring semester in which singers, selected by audition, spend an intense six weeks learning dramatic style and harmonic idiom in works as different as the tragic 17th-century classic
