Ass. Treas:

I was thinking, after looking at the forecast for this week and the tentative forecast for next week, we could schedule the next duck hunt fundraiser for Thursday of next week (the 11th).  Its going to be right around freezing around dinner time so far as weather.com knows right now so the temp should be perfect for pulling people, but not having too many health concern issues so long as we do it in shifts like I have previously discussed.  I want to get together with PR about getting some publicity out about it by the end of this week so it has a good week's worth of notice.  I talked to Ian and he had the idea of a poker tournament, which I think is a good idea but I would like to make some changes.  In order to make all of this happen, I want to get a small committee of around three people plus me together to try and get everything organized and done and so that we have some more resources to utilize when we are actually putting on a fundraiser.  More people will know about it and so if one person (me for example) can’t be there for a period of time or has to go and take care of something else, there are at least three other people that know how to run it and can get everything done.  Finally, if anyone has any ideas on any fundraisers, even if they don't end up on the committee, feel more than free to come see me or even come to the meetings of the committee for which times will be made public so everyone knows.  That's about it and with that this report is clear. DATE WILL BE REEVALUATED.

House Manager:

House Duty is Zack Martin, Jordan Hughes and Joey Burbach. If anyone has been fined for not having study hours, slap them on there too. Missy has been cleaning for several places recently. Anyone who has time, CLEAN UP THE HOUSE!
