Article 1: The Chapter
Section 1:
The name of this organization shall be the Culver-Stockton College Chapter of Delta Upsilon Fraternity, hereinafter called the "Chapter".
Section 2:
The Chapter shall consist of all undergraduate members and graduate members thereof, and every member shall enjoy equal rights and privileges therein, except as otherwise provided in the Constitution of Delta Upsilon International Fraternity.
Section 3:
The Chapter shall have full power and authority to collect, receive, hold and disburse funds and property from gifts, devises, bequests and otherwise for the general purposes of the Chapter.
Section 4:
The Chapter shall be governed under the Constitution and By-Laws of the Delta Upsilon International Fraternity, hereinafter called "The Constitution" of the "International Fraternity", by these By-Laws, and by the House Rules which the Chapter may enact, in order of decreasing authority. All Chapter affairs shall be conducted in accordance with the rules of Culver-Stockton College, hereinafter called "The College".
