Article 8: Miscellaneous |
Section 1: |
All members must attend at least 50 percent of all Chapter functions.
|
Section 2: |
Any member who cannot comply with any regulation as set forth in these By-Laws, and has a valid reason for not doing so, may appeal to the Executive Board who shall have the authority to review appeals.

Section 3: |
These By-Laws supersede any and all previous Chapter By-Laws, and shall take effect upon their passage. They shall remain in effect until superseded by the passage of another set of By-Laws

Section 4: |
Delta Upsilon Housing Policy:

Paragraph 1: |
Members have squatters rights to their rooms.
|
Paragraph 2: |
Movement within the house is allowed as long as the moving parties and their roommates agree to the movement.
|
Paragraph 3: |
Priority for room selection will be decided by points.
|
