Philanthropy The national philanthropy project
of Sigma Sigma Sigma is the creation of children's play therapy rooms
in hospitals and is referred to as the Robbie Page Memorial
(RPM). The philanthropy grew from the tragic death of Robbie
Page, the son of former National President Mary Hastings Holloway Page
and her husband, Robertson Page. Robbie was stricken with polio
and died in 1951.
![]() Robbie Page This bright and cheerful young man
often expressed his wish to help other children. To honor and
remember their son, the Page's launched the Robbie Page Memorial which
is now supported by the numerous collegiate chapters through donations
to hospitals for play therapy rooms and other projects to serve
children in need.
