	Culver-Stockten College SIFE Active on more than 1,200 colleges and universities in over 40 countries, SIFE teams are creating economic opportunity for millions of people around the world. Working as teams, SIFE students design educational outreach projects that help individuals in their communities develop a better understanding of the principles of free enterprise and how to use this information to empower themselves and achieve their dreams. As a SIFE student, you'll be a participant in one of the largest global student organizations. You'll play an active role in shaping the history of your generation and know that you have actually helped to change the world. YOU and your peers get to take complete ownership of your team. You get to decide what projects to conduct, who to work with, how to coordinate projects, and how much time to invest on projects. You'll tackle problems and learn from experiences that you simply can't find in the pages of a textbook. The Culver-Stockton SIFE Team provides real-world business experience through educational projects. The association prepares students for employment by promoting competent, aggressive business leadership, increasing understanding of American free enterprise, establishing career goals, encouraging scholarship, and developing character and self-confidence. In 2006, the Culver-Stockton SIFE team won its third overall regional championship and captured four other awards Founded in 1999, the C-SC SIFE Chapter has grown to 37 members representing 7 majors C-SC SIFE members represent numerous ethnic backgrounds The C-SC SIFE team works extensively with several area businesses to stimulate the economy within the tri-state area SIFE at Culver has focused on providing its members with hands-on experiences to better prepare them for life after college In today's highly competitive business environment it takes more than just a business degree to succeed--it requires business savvy, leadership skills, and technical knowledge. By taking advantage of the many programs that SIFE offers, students acquire the skills that will set them apart from the average graduate.
